YOUR ROLE

  • Develop and steer global sales enablement strategy on A level
  • Own and steer cross sales transformational initiatives
  • Partner with business and collaborate with senior management to drive global sales excellence strategy
  • Facilitate planning sessions and drive change activities as well as develop and steer global sales enablement roadmap in the SBU / on A level
  • Own and steer customer & territory road mapping in the SBU / on A level as well as (cross-A) transformational initiatives on sales excellence
  • Define and drive strategic projects on sales excellence (e.g. KAM Excellence, Sales Efficiency, Social Selling)
  • Drive execution of sales excellence alignment in region(s) and ensure continuous improvement initiatives globally to further develop the business
  • Coach and develop global (project) teams and develop and provide input to the Sales Excellence training curriculum and best practice methodology

YOUR SKILLS

  • University degree in respective area
  • 10-15 years of experience including Marketing, Strategy or Consulting, Business development, Sales or Market facing role
  • International experience and experience in relevant industry or customer experience
  • Fluent in English language, other languages are beneficial
  • Strong in leadership, coaching, convincing and influencing
  •  Change management skills, passion for innovation and strong interest in exploration
