The Henkel Marketing and Sales Support team for Adhesive Technologies based in the Global Business Solutions (GBS+) Bratislava acts as an internal service provider for the Henkel Marketing and Sales organization by providing internal clients in Marketing and Sales with quantitative and qualitative information, reports and services related to markets, clients and consumers as basis for fact-based decision making.

YOUR ROLE

  • Supporting Sales colleagues in the usage of CRM Tools and queries based on email and phone communication connected to Price Quoting
  • End user support for errors, questions and issues relating to pricing in CRM Tool
  • Maintaining client/product specific data and sales project data for Henkel’s CRM tool while ensuring data correctness, integrity and accuracy
  • Handle issues based on available documentation
  • Daily communication and problem solving with Sales partners in Europe, Middle East and Africa
  • Close cooperation with the global CRM project team

YOUR SKILLS

  • Work experience in service desk support, sales assistance or customer support job
  • Advanced level of English language is required
  • Intermediate level of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Power Point) is required
  • Experience with CRM and SAP is a plus
  • High level of detail orientation and accuracy
  • Communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team including virtual teams
