YOUR ROLE

• Manages all operations at department level to ensure efficient production and high-quality products
• Delivers analysis plant performance KPIs, budget and projects
• Sets up and executes development plans for plant personnel
• Ensures operations processes and solutions

YOUR SKILLS

• Chemical high school diploma/Degree in Engineering
• 3/4 years of previous experience in a similar role is required
  
• People Management skills
  
• Fluent in Italian and English
  
• Continuous improvement and lean manufacturing knowledge
• IT skills - Knowledge of Microsoft Office package
• Proactive, passionate, result oriented and a team-player with excellent communication and organizational skills
