  • Drive short- and long-term business growth and profitability in Automotive Powertrain applications in alignment with the overall Segment strategy
  • Driving business expansion, capturing market share and developing new business opportunities
  • Actively manage and shape opportunity pipeline, customer roadmap and solution portfolio to drive profitable growth in close collaboration with customer-facing Teams
  • Develop and drive sub-segment strategy in close alignment with Segment Head and ensure strategy execution across Asia-Pacific
  • Proactively identify opportunities to grow market share and translate them into actionable strategies to fuel short- / mid- / long-term growth pipeline
  • Explore new opportunities, act as project leader to drive strategic customer projects and create success cases for country organizations to replicate and roll-out
  • Maintain & strengthen technology expertise and application know-how in collaboration with technical teams (R&D, Application Engineering) for Powertrain strategic cluster
  • Lead portfolio roadmap, initiate and guide product enhancements and / or portfolio optimization based on technology insights and customer / market needs
  • Ensure adherence to company standards and business management tools to track & secure profitable growth in line with targets


  • Experienced commercial, business or technical professional with over 8 years working experience and record of achievement.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to drive strategy execution in close collaboration with Sales, Application Engineering, R&D Teams
  • Relevant industry background with business strategy or commercial / technical experience
  • Customer engagement & customer development skills
  • Business acumen
  • Passionate, high energy and willing to take initiative
  • Strong communication skills
  • High proficiency in English (spoken and written)
  • Lead strategic cluster with large market and business size, defend and grow leading market position
  • Working in a high-energy, experienced, passionate and highly collaborative international Team
  • Business Development as a platform to grow and develop strategic and business / commercial skills
