YOUR ROLE

  • Join the team of a digital frontrunners within Purchasing
  • Be part of our motivated team and challenge process status quo regarding new trends and further digitalization
  • Feel accountable to drive impacting projects on global level in close collaboration with Henkel’s digital solution teams
  • Understand process design and transform it to forward looking conceptual solutions
  • Act as a Project manager and implement digital process solutions
  • Be accountable for overall projects and progress
  • Screen the market for new digital solutions and assess benefit and feasibility for the department
  • Challenge process status quo in regards of further digitalization and new trends on the market, while ensuring compliance and related risk
  • Stay up to date with new innovations and market trends

YOUR SKILLS

  • Master's degree, ideally with focus on IT / Digitalization
  • 3-5 years of professional experience with digital focus, particularly in the area of purchasing processes
  • Strong digital expertise and process insights
  • Excellent project management skills to coordinate a cross-functional project team
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to manage stakeholders and to report project status on top management level
  • Open minded with willingness to find solutions out of the box
  • Fluent English language skills, German would be a plus
