In your role as Brand Manager, you will be responsible for shaping the local business strategy of your brand. Every day, you will have the opportunity to improve people's lives with our products, revolutionize leading brands and drive our high-performance business forward.


  • Together with the Category Head, you are responsible for the operational and strategic brand management including the result control of your brand
  • Independent development and implementation of marketing strategies and activities for the German market based on in-depth market research and market analysis
  • Development and recommendation of strategies in close cooperation with market research, media planning, key account management and creative agencies
  • Brand planning and control through market share and competition analysis and creation of profile targets
  • Holistic budget responsibility and budget management
  • Active participation in creative processes with our international team and analysis of potential new products
  • Support in the development of marketing and POS material



  • University degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on marketing
  • At least 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in the field of brand management / product management FMCG
  • Excellent MS Office user skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • You are entrepreneurial and set ambitious goals, which you pursue in a structured manner and with a high degree of initiative and persuasiveness
  • A strong affinity for numbers, a high level of analytical thinking and accuracy
  • Team spirit as well as contact and communication skills
  • Excellent German language skills, very good English language skills
