  • Join the ACM (General Manufacturing & Maintenance) team as a Territory Sales Engineer and make an impact by implementing the global strategy in the territory
  • Take initiative and create your own sales plan to manage your responsible sales territory
  • Find new possibilities in markets where adhesives has not yet explored and continue to grow our customer pool
  • Work closely with customers and distributors to update, train and educate them on our products to drive their sales performance
  • Collaborate with multiple teams such as Technical Customer Service, Product Development, Marketing,
  • Business Development Management and escalate challenges and opportunities to support customer and Henkel needs
  • Find new opportunities and build ACE(CRM) project pipeline through group selling activities (GSAs), DTS for distributor sales force and CTS for new potential/existing customers
  • Identify new potential and replicate existing hero applications
  • Build sales demand forecast based on customer/distributor needs
  • Follow up and feedback on leads generated by Marketing
  • Coordinate and escalate challenges/opportunities to TCS/PD/Mktg/BDM/FP/CS/SC to support customer and Henkel needs


  • English communication skills
  • Value selling skills and proposal generation skills
  • Quick problem-solving and conflict resolution skills in the case of crisis or objections
  • Sales call planning and/or facilitation experience or skills
  • Territory / portfolio management skills
  • Driver’s license
