YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a highly passionate Program Manager to lead our trainee / graduate program for commercial talents in Sales and Marketing. The program aims to attract the best young graduates and early career professionals across Europe, and to provide them with an exceptional training and development experience that will equip them for a successful career in the commercial world of Henkel Adhesive Technologies
- Plan and execute program activities in collaboration with the senior leadership team, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, training, development and transition to permanent roles
- Foster a culture of inclusivity, diversity and continuous learning and development among trainees and encourage them to share their experiences and insights with their peers
- Collaborate in an interdisciplinary and international environment with numerous stakeholders (Business Leaders, HR, Strategy) across the organization
- Monitor and evaluate the program's effectiveness and impact to drive its continuous improvement
- Manage program budgets and resources effectively
- Collaborate with a network of other program managers to identify synergies, drive engagement activities and stay on top of best-practices and trends in talent development
YOUR SKILLS
- Master’s degree in business-related studies, e.g., in business administration, economics, human resources, marketing, sales, organizational behavior, psychology or similar
- Around 3-5 years of professional experience in an international environment, experience in marketing & sales departments is a plus
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent project and stakeholder management skills, especially experience in managing budgets, timelines and resources, preferably in a training and development context
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels
- Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Fluent English language skills are required, German language skills or additional proficiency in any other major European language are a plus
- The position can be carried out 80% part-time (30.0h / week) or full time (37.5h / week).
