- Identifies long-term marketing opportunities, develops strategies and plans
- Aligns and matches market unmet needs with innovation activities; collaborates w/innovation team on project status and resource allocation
- Develops and Implements business unit market and product line strategies to achieve financial goals
- Implements global roll-out of new products and programs including communication campaign and eBusiness strategy with adaptation to local insights
- Conducts market research and scoping of new market potentials.
- Conducts portfolio analysis of market segments with customer penetration, market potential / share, profitability and competition
- Delivers customer penetration strategies and develops business models and tactics globally
- Acts as the first point of contact for and steers the category / brand teams on the global / regional level
- Co-creates and supervises digital, social media and e-commerce communication of brands in collaboration with Digital Marketing Manager
- Leads a team of 4 people responsible for their development
