YOUR ROLE

• Promote safety activity, ensure safety environment in operation
  
• Quality KPI implementation
  
• Productivity management (Leading continuous improvement)
  
• Production process optimization with considering automation and digitalization
  
• Team and people development
  
• Investment project implementation with engineering division

YOUR SKILLS

• Engineering related work experience (Chemical industry preferred but not limited)
  
• Business level of English (e-mail, telephone conference etc.)
  
• Experience of people/project management
  
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing or Lean six sigma
  
• Experience to use CAD (preferred)
