YOUR ROLE
- Be the close business partner and trustworthy advisor for the Henkel Consumer Adhesives Business in Germany and Switzerland marketing well-known brands like Pritt, Pattex and Metylan
- Be a natural driver of (international) Controlling initiatives which benefit steering and process optimizations of the business
- Drive state-of-the-art financial analysis, forecasting and planning and identify areas for improvements
- Ensure fast, timely and reliable monthly reporting of financial results in accordance with the relevant Corporate Standards and local laws & regulations
- Track and forecast business relevant KPIs and provide in-depth analysis
- Eager to deliver highest level of state-of-the-art business controlling by leveraging digital opportunities and performing a high level of quality, financial governance and business partnering
- Ensure that the internal controls environment operates effectively ensuring compliance to Corporate Standards and local laws and regulations
YOUR SKILLS
- Degree (preferably Master’s level) in Finance & Accounting
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Advanced Excel and Office 365 applications skills and experience with SAP
- Knowhow in analytical tools like Knime, Python is a plus
- Engaging team player at heart, growth-oriented entrepreneur in mind
- Ability to manage multiple tasks & deadlines independently, meet critical deadlines on short notice
- Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent German & English language skills
