  • Collect and analyze sales data, customer buying patterns, and product performance to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Create reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review.
  • Generate regular reports on sales, inventory, and market trends for presentation to management.
  • Assist the sales team with data-driven insights to target potential clients and identify cross-selling/up-selling opportunities.
  • Provide support in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and customer communication.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience in a business support or analyst role preferably within the cosmetics or hairdressing industry is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis.
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
