YOUR ROLE

• Coordinating studies based on research requests provided by global & local teams
• Coordinating the workflow: From kick off with stakeholders, steering of the research execution to final presentation
• Independently conducting of research projects for standardized and non-standardized business questions
  - Questionnaire development
  - Survey Programming in the research tool
  - Data analysis
  - Report Creation
  - Presentation of results
• Leading regular checkpoints with stakeholders
• Leading weekly team meeting, maintaining pipeline, Research database
• Other ad-hoc and administrative tasks
• Working with two testing tools such as UserZoom and AIM Power 
  

YOUR SKILLS

• Speak Fluent English (C1 - written/verbal interaction with international stakeholders)
• University education in the field of Market Research, Marketing, Economics, Business Studies, Sociology or Psychology
• Have at least 3 years of proven work experience within market research scope
• Experience with quantitative and qualitative research methods
• Have excellent project managements and communication skills and analytical skills, enjoy turning data into strategic opportunities
• Are skilled user of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint)
• Reliable, able to work independently, and self-organized for handling multiple tasks, platforms, and different stakeholders
• Personality who is self-oriented and results-oriented, a team player, willing to learn and strong communicator
