YOUR ROLE
- Formulation of work & test series on PU adhesives with structural properties
- Analysis of results & preparation of reports
- Communication & transfer of academic research
- Conducting customer trials & communicating results to customers
- Interaction with sales, application engineering, production and quality departments
YOUR SKILLS
- Master/PhD in chemistry/material science/engineering
- Knowledge of polymer chemistry, preferably polyurethane or epoxy chemistry
- Professional experience in adhesive chemistry or related field is desired
- Good teamwork and communication skills to collaborate in a global and cross-functional team environment
- A high degree of independence and willingness to take responsibility
- Fluent German and English language skills
- Willingness to travel within Europe on business trips lasting several days
