YOUR ROLE
- Manage daily sales orders from diverse channels with high level of customer service
- Coordinate closing, overdue, credit and so forth
- Publish reports related to sales or customer service on a regular basis
- Deal with customer complaints with stakeholders
- Achieve KPIs with continuous improvement
- Involve in team project related to customer service
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in related field is required
- Minimum of three (3) years experience in Customer Service of Supply Chain Management is required
- Experience in FMCG industry is preferred
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office is preferred and SAP user experience is plus
- Good communication skills in Korean and English are required
- Contract period extension can be considered by individual performance
