  • Own customer service processes in the DACH Region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland), prioritizing quick, professional, and premium service to guarantee utmost customer satisfaction.
  • Act as an intermediary between the Spain and UK customer service teams and global functions, facilitating efficient communication and collaboration.
  • Stay updated on the latest platforms and services for accurate customer service reporting, ensuring our processes are optimized for effectiveness.
  • Communicate effectively through written channels, maintaining a consistent communication and engagement approach across all platforms.
  • Serve as a dispatcher for all customer support incidents, mediating communication between Henkel IT, the Schwarzkopf Professional team, and countries to resolve issues promptly.


  • Bachelor's degree of Business Administration, Marketing or Business Informatics or any related study
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in customer-focused mindset with relevant work experience.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with excellent communication and mediation skills.
  • Digital mindset with a tech savvy aspiration with some knowledge in SAP (Plus)
  • Proficient knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel PowerPoint) 
  • Support in CET Time Zone from Monday to Friday.
  • Fluency in English required, German proficiency is a plus.
  • Interest in hairdressing and beauty products/services.
