  • Manage the responsible product portfolio in the region, focus on strategic product management work.
  • Interface with Marketing, Product Development, Application Engineer, Purchasing, Operation and Supply Chain.
  • Lead product portfolio and product lifecycle management, support new product launch, product complexity management to maintain the healthy product portfolio.
  • Drive profitability improvement, product cost management for both new and commercialized products, low & negative margin management, initiate product localization projects to continue improving the profitability.
  • Champion to address all the product requests and issues to support sales growth and mitigate business impact, including ad-hoc supply crisis, and product regulatory and compliance issues etc. 
  • Support other global and regional projects, such as Cost Optimization, Master Data, Process Improvement etc.


  • University degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or Business Administration
  • 3-6 years working experience within product management, supply chain and/or project management
  • Excel master, SAP user and Power BI professional is plus.
  •  Strong business acumen to drive sales growth and profitability improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross functions.
  • Strong influencing and convincing skills with the ability to lead the complex initiatives.
  • Self-motivated and result oriented. Have passion on problem solving.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written. Additional language is plus.
