YOUR ROLE

  • Assuming responsibility for recognizing and recommending operational improvements to ensure high service level and fill rate
  • Enabling collaborative value creation with customers by executing the implementation of process improvements with strategic customers
  • Executing customer Master Data updates, order creation and order status follow up
  • Ensuring alignment with customers about Service Level and fill rate within deadlines
  • Collaborating with Supply Planning for out of stocks and discontinued materials and with Logistics to ensure OTIF
  • Informing the brand about out of stock/zero allocation SKU's after creating the orders on SAP system and then informing the customer about order status 
  • Preparing stock out and fill rate reports and sharing it with the cross functional teams

YOUR SKILLS

  • Having a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field
  • Candidates with up to 2 years of experience ideally within a multinational environment and fresh graduates who have solid internship experience in leading organizations
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
  • Competent in problem-solving, analytical and interpersonal skills and ability to work with a variety of people
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
