YOUR ROLE

• Analysis of customer claims covering Italian market
• Quality check of documents indexed by Accenture team
• Daily written and spoken communication with local Sales and business partners
• Creation of credit and debit notes, invoice cancelation, invoicing
• Execution of reports on team and departmental level
• Work with SAP, Excel, Outlook and MS Teams

YOUR SKILLS

• We are looking for an energic team member with orientation to details and results, time
  management, ownership, with good business partnering skills
• A team player
• Fluent Italian and English language 
• Open minded candidate that will understand the concept of our work and
  he/she will help us to find new improvements in our process
