YOUR ROLE

  • Transform Data into Value: You’ll turn data into actionable insights, working closely with stakeholders in the HCB Supply Chain to deliver impactful data products
  • Lead Agile Teams: You’ll guide a team of front- and back-end engineers through agile development, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality delivery
  • Solve Complex Problems: You’ll use your data expertise and agile skills to tackle challenging business problems and create top-notch data solutions
  • Collaborate Across Teams: You’ll actively engage in cross-functional projects, contributing your data-driven insights to achieve shared goals
  • Drive Innovation: You’ll take data products from concept to deployment, using advanced analytics to deliver cutting-edge solutions
  • Master Data Tools: You’ll leverage your skills—or learn quickly—to address big data challenges and push the boundaries of innovation

YOUR SKILLS

  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications in Mathematics, or Data Science is a plus.
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in CPG or a similar industry, with supply chain experience being a plus.
  • Solid understanding of advanced data analytics & visualization concepts, including programming languages and frameworks, data modeling, CI/CD pipelines, visualization, and statistical analysis.
  • Experience in data product management: know how to effectively apply agile methodologies, balance stakeholder needs with product development effectively and lead technical development
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable analytics solutions.
  • Languages skills in English are mandatory
