YOUR ROLE

  • Be part of two major global digitalization projects that will shape HR at Henkel for years to come
  • Assist in developing and implementing a change management strategy using a structured approach with methodologies (e.g. ADKAR) and tools (e.g. MS Azure)
  • Create communication and activation materials such as presentations, videos, emails and activities, to keep the organization informed and engaged
  • Engage with end-users to provide support, collect feedback and identify areas for improvement, ensuring that the digital tools meet the needs of our organization
  • Help plan, organize and track project milestones
  • Maintain project timelines and coordinate meetings, ensuring alignment with all stakeholders
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with international teams from HR, IT, our business units and functions as well as renowned external partners

YOUR SKILLS

  • Student in advanced bachelor or master studies in the field of business administration, communications, marketing, HR or similar
  • Practical experience in HR (e.g. from previous internships or student jobs)
  • Written and spoken English skills
  • Digital savvy with PowerPoint skills to craft clear and engaging presentations to support your messages
  • Strategic and analytical mindset, a strong desire to learn and the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and topics
  • Independent way of working, taking ownership and initiative to solve problems as they arise
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Availability for 4-6 months starting in October 2024

We offer you an attractive salary between € 1050-2025. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
