YOUR ROLE
- Coordinates and supports the transport planning process to ensure delivery of goods on-time
- Coordinates with transport planner closely and ensures availability of carriers
- Coordinates with warehouses and Customer Services on deliveries not managed as customer pickups, i.e. rush orders
- Solves issues communicated from transport planner during the planning process
- Updates system data as needed
- Reviews and proposes improvements on transport planning scope, i.e. exclusion of lanes
- Manages transport complaints
- Provides documentation of deviations in carrier invoicing with Logistics, prepares transport KPIs and reports

The salary for this role is $18.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
