YOUR ROLE

深入理解公司战略和业务需求，识别业务机会，结合数字化转型目标，协助制定年度数字化转型计划.
服务群体为公司内部，以实现公司效能为目标，搭建公司数字化转型的各类产品落地，包括：投资管理、激励系统、培训系统等.
负责统筹及协调相关的各业务部门，确保业务需求的及时输出、被正确理解和及时承接.
协调内部技术团队和供应商团队负责产品架构的规划和设计，带领团队完成产品交付落地.
具备优秀的数据分析和逻辑思考能力，积极掌握和学习行业&技术动向，不断调优产品功能及相关策略，坚持迭代优化，以匹配公司业务的不断发展变化.
对各渠道和业务部门持续推介和培养数字化能力.

YOUR SKILLS

本科及以上学历，信息技术、计算机、统计学等相关专业优先.
具备 5 年以上信息化系统或数字化转型项目的实施和落地经验.
有B端产品工作经验，有很强的业务理解和学习能力，能进行业务设计和流程再造.
甲乙方背景不限，有快消、耐消、药企的数字化转型经验优先.
