YOUR ROLE

  • Drive customer experience centers visit in Shanghai R&D Center with customization to a very inspirational on site experience capturing the broad portfolio x-SBU´s and demonstrate that we are a Know-How business.
  • Develop strategies to ensure consistent customer experience journey F2F for all stakeholders and across industries and maximize customer engagement.
  • Identify content gaps and develops new cross selling opportunities as sales enabler for longlasting partnerships.
  • Generate long-term innovation ideas and developing them with technical functions.
  • Support external short and long term marketing comm-n to capture market trends and impact growth.
  • Transfer global messaging, positioning, campaigns into the region APAC with Focus on China and lead all customer Face-to-Face Events.

YOUR SKILLS

  • University degree with a major engineering, chemistry or marketing.
  • Minimum five years of relevant professional experience.
  • Profound experience using all common business and office tools for professional marketing and communication work.
  • Good knowledge of the market and a solid understanding of how the B2B / industrial business is working.
  • Fluent mandarin language skills and excellent English language skills.
