Join our transformative 24-month Marketing & Sales Trainee Program at Henkel Adhesive Technologies. This program is designed to fast-track your development, offering high visibility and a cross country experience.

Throughout this dynamic journey, you'll gain hands-on experience in various business functions through six exciting rotations. Engage in impactful projects, build a broad network with senior leaders and peers, and receive guidance from experienced mentors. By leveraging initiatives in areas such as Product Development and Innovation, you'll help create lasting value for customers and society. YOUR SKILLS

  • Passion for Marketing & Sales, preferably with any experience in the area(s)
  • Recent graduates with a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or similar
  • 2-3 years of experience at most
  • Fluent/Advanced English knowledge and Spanish (desirable)
  • Willingness and geographic mobility to relocate nationally and internationally during the program
  • Demonstrate creativity, strong communication, team collaboration, adaptability, and resilience as key soft skills
  • High level of commitment and digital profile
  • Driving license is desirable
