About this Position
Based at our plant in Reghaia, the "Production Cell Team Lead" will be accountable for the development of the Cell Team according to the respective Skill Matrices
What you´ll do
- Acts as a role model for Safety, Quality, lives and embraces Henkels values
- Owns and executes the daily/weekly/monthly meetings and escalates need for help
- Ensures all the gaps/ losses are correctly addressed to specific resources and properly completed
- Supports and manage the development and continuous improvement of standard work for all areas of the cell
- Works closely with the Technical Manager, Training Manager and HPS Engineer to analyze current performance
- Reviews team questions and ideas
What makes you a good fit
- Degree in mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Production engineer
- Experience of at least 5 years in similar position preferably within an FMCG / related industry
- Team Player, organized, reference within a Team
- Strong communication skills and good Team mobilizer
- Good verbal and written skills in French / English
