About this Position
As we embark on the next phase of our transformation and improve our global HCM system, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Payroll Lead HCM. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, labor laws, and organizational policies. You will collaborate with IT and HCM teams to maintain system integration, resolve payroll issues, and deliver actionable insights through regular reporting to drive operational excellence and employee satisfaction.
What you´ll do
- Manage and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing across regions
- Align payroll processes with global and local tax regulations, labor laws, and organizational policies
- Collaborate with IT and HCM teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll data with the HCM system
- Address and resolve payroll discrepancies, employee queries, or system-related issues efficiently
- Provide regular updates and reports on payroll metrics, compliance status, and issue resolutions to key stakeholders
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management, with expertise in global payroll operations and compliance
- In-depth understanding of payroll processing, tax laws, and labor regulations across various regions
- Proficiency in configuring and managing payroll modules in HCM systems in Workday
- Strong skills in ensuring data quality and accuracy for payroll processing through effective controls, audits, and validations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex payroll information clearly to stakeholders at all levels
