What you´ll do
- Resolve tickets and provide technical support for internal tools and systems, addressing issues and ensuring timely solutions.
- Communicate with global stakeholders to understand and meet their technical needs, while translating technical language for non-technical users.
- Investigate and troubleshoot complex issues, identifying patterns and root causes, and continuously learning about new system features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide efficient global support and assist with onboarding and training internal users.
- Document solutions, suggest improvements for system performance, and support tool updates and optimizations with the development team.

- Strong communication skills, able to collaborate with global stakeholders in fluent English.
- Experience in technical or IT support, with a focus on problem-solving and providing clear solutions.
- Team-oriented, able to work effectively across teams and time zones.
- Eagerness to learn and grow, particularly in software and system tools.
- Experience with ticketing systems to resolve issues efficiently.
- A curious mindset, always looking for ways to find solutions.
- Experience with Planisware (PLW) systems is a plus, but not required.
- Able to work independently and also collaborate with the team when needed.
