- Realizar mantenimiento del sistema de gestión de la compañía.
- Atención a reclamo o consulta de clientes
- Realización seguimiento de indicadores del área y propone de mejoras del área.
- Se relaciona con diferentes proveedores de servicios.
- Coordinación de auditorias internas del sistema de gestión.
- Acceso a portales de clientes, revisión de requisitos específicos de clientes.
Lo que le convierte en un buen candidato
- Formación académica: Que tenga titulo o estudios finalizados en carreras como Administración, Ingeniería o afines.
- Experiencia Profesional: A partir de 2 años de experiencia atendiendo procesos de calidad, que posea conocimiento en sistemas de gestión, normas ISO 9001, control de documentos.
- Deseable experiencia o conocimiento en requisitos de industria Automotriz, IATF 16949, Core Tools, PAPP, FMEA, ISO 9001.
- Dominio de inglés a nivel avanzado a nivel comunicacional.
- Tener conocimiento intermedio de paquete Office y deseable manejo de SAP.
