Join our Subsidiary Controlling team - the vital link between Henkel's subsidiaries and our Headquarters in Düsseldorf.
What you´ll do
- Conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses of high-risk countries using macroeconomic and financial performance indicators
- Valuing Henkel’s investments in affiliated companies and subsidiaries
- Consolidating and analyzing minority results forecasting to support financial decision-making
- Collaborating with Headquarters and cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives like capital measures, dividend reporting, and cash flow planning
- Supporting on-demand requests and ad-hoc financial reports
- Partnering with Subsidiary Controlling team at Headquarters
- Developing and optimizing financial reports, both standard and ad-hoc
- Helping transform reporting processes from MS Excel to modern tools like Power BI and MS Lists
- Driving process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
What makes you a good fit
- Major in finance/accounting, or min. 2 years experience in controlling/reporting/finance
- Fluent English (min B2 level)
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas), BI Tools and VBA is an advantage
- Analytical thinking, accuracy and attention to detail
- Communication and interpersonal skills – customer service approach with ability to interact with contacts at all levels
