About this Position

This position focuses on executing product analysis and testing as part of the development of automotive products. You will be working in a laboratory setting, where your primary responsibility will be to ensure the product’s performance, safety, and compliance with environmental and regulatory standards. You will be directly involved in enhancing and refining products through data-driven decisions, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring that the testing process aligns with manufacturing and customer needs.

What you´ll do

  • Executing product analysis and testing, focusing on product development projects for the automotive industry.
  • Documenting progress and results meticulously within lab systems.
  • Organize, record, and present data from experiments and testing while identifying opportunities for new technology, product enhancements, and performance improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety regulations while handling products, maintaining laboratory and storage areas, and managing equipment.
  • Perform data analysis, draw insightful conclusions, and make informed experimental recommendations.
  • Provide support to manufacturing teams to ensure the consistent delivery of quality products.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders (production plant, sales, application development) leveraging their feedback to optimize processes and meet customer requirements
