About this position
What you´ll do
- Thoroughly understand the company's strategy and business needs, identify business opportunities, align with digital transformation goals, and assist in formulating the annual digital transformation plan.
- Serve internal stakeholders with the objective of increasing organizational efficiency by delivering digital transformation products, including investment management, incentive systems, training systems, etc.
- Coordinate and harmonize inputs from relevant business units to ensure timely output of business requirements, accurate understanding, and timely delivery.
- Coordinate internal technical teams and vendor teams responsible for product architecture planning and design; lead the team to deliver and implement the product.
- Possess strong data analysis and analytical thinking; proactively stay abreast of industry and technology trends; continually optimize product features and related strategies, driving iterative improvements to match evolving business needs.
- Continuously promote and cultivate digital capabilities across channels and business units.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's degree or higher; degrees in information technology, computer science, statistics, or related fields preferred.
- 8+ years of experience implementing and delivering information systems or digital transformation projects.
- Experience with B2B products; strong business understanding and learning ability; capable of business design and process reengineering.
- Background from either client or vendor side is acceptable; digital transformation experience in FMCG, durable goods, or pharmaceutical industries is preferred.
