What you´ll do  

  • Support Power BI development by building DAX measures, Power Query logic, and maintaining consistent data models for quality dashboards. 
  • Assist in analyzing quality-related data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities across global sites. 
  • Contribute to global quality initiatives such as FMEA, CTQ standards, and problem-solving methodologies by preparing data, materials, and documentation. 
  • Help digitalize quality processes through data preparation, automation tasks, and supporting the integration of analytics into quality workflows. 
  • Document analytics and quality projects, including process standards, technical specifications, and knowledge-sharing materials. 
  • Support problem-solving activities by providing data, visuals, and analysis for workshops and by acting as an analytical sparring partner. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from Quality, Manufacturing, and Analytics to gather requirements and coordinate tasks for quality improvement projects. 
  • Maintain structured knowledge repositories (SharePoint, documentation libraries) to improve quality communication, training content, and project transparency. 

What makes you a good fit 

  • Students currently studying Economics, Business Analytics, Engineering, or Quality/Supply Chain disciplines, with strong interest in data, quality management, and digital tools.
  • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn, with a hands-on attitude and curiosity for analytics and quality improvement.
  • Strong team-player, solution-oriented, able to work independently, and comfortable supporting multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, confident using Excel, Power BI (DAX/Power Query basics), and general data tools.
  • Availability of 25–30 hours per week, with flexibility during peak project periods.
  • Active student status for at least 1 more year.
