- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, engineering, or related discipline; master’s preferred, with a minimum of 15 years of industry experience (preferably in process, automotive, or pharmaceutical manufacturing), including 5+ years in senior Quality leadership roles with international, cross-functional, and cross-cultural exposure.
- Experience in managing in Henkel Integrated Management System, including implementation and auditing of international standards (ISO, IATF) within complex, multi-site organizations.
- Deep knowledge of Quality Core Tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA, ensuring consistent application of quality standards across global operations.
- Strong proficiency in root-cause analysis and structured problem-solving, utilizing 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, and Six Sigma methodologies to drive sustainable corrective actions.
- Demonstrated leadership and team development skills, with a record of building, coaching, and empowering high-performing quality and cross-functional teams.
- Advanced data literacy and statistical analysis capabilities to evaluate quality performance, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Proven ability to lead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives, integrating quality, safety, and operational excellence to enhance overall efficiency and product reliability.
- Proven change management and strategic leadership skills, with experience integrating multiple acquisitions or business units into a unified Quality model. Able to develop clear plans, prioritize initiatives, and drive alignment across multiple sites or systems during periods of transition, creating stability, focus, and measurable progress toward corporate quality goals.

The salary for this role is $165,000.00- $210,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
