What you'll do
- Create process-flow of current and new documentation; formalize global processes.
- Supplier data analysis for global, regional, business-related priorities.
- Improve Global Supplier Segmentation and Qualification processes (global template).
- Review, refine, and organize supplier claims documentation – refine and formalize process flow.
- Support and drive Supplier Portal project from SQD perspective.
What makes you a good fit
- Recent graduate or currently studying business and analytics, quality or industrial or manufacturing engineering.
- Available to start from March 1st 2026 for 6 month full-time.
- Expert knowledge of Word and Excel; must have knowledge of SAP and data analysis in Excel.
- Experience of Quality or Engineering in previous roles and/or studies.
- Experience of SharePoint and Power BI data analysis and knowledge and use of statistics and Quality Management Systems and International Standards (ISO 9001-2015 and IATF 16949 Standards).
- Excellent organizational, communication and collaboration skills to work in a cross-functional team environment.
- Exhibit creative, solid and positive problem-solving skills.
- Self-driven, able to work as part of a global team; must maintain high level of energy and professionalism in the role.
- Committed to Safety, Health and Environmental excellence.
- Committed to compliance with all Government regulations, company policies and customer agreements.
