What you´ll do
- Short- and Long-term Strategy: Set the short and long-term strategic vision and plans for the assigned brands; aligning with the overall Henkel Consumer Brands Division goals and the global organization’s vision.
- Contribute to channel/account plans with support of sales strategy/ sales teams.
- Proactive Business Analysis: Become a business expert by closely tracking business performance, providing situation deep-dives as needed, and evaluating marketing initiatives and innovations.
- Ability to proactively bring solutions to business threats and challenges.
- Brand Management: Profitability optimization, media planning, consumer promotion, shopper marketing, market research, merchandising initiatives, and packaging development.
- Create and build brand differentiation in market through distinctive marketing communication to achieve business targets and capture market share growth.
- Full P&L Ownership: Deliver on P&L targets by balancing profitable topline revenue growth with sales teams and cost improvement opportunities with cross-functional operations teams.
- Manage budget planning and management to ensure resource allocation meets brand and company targets.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor degree in Business, with a specialization in Marketing preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years Brand Manager experience in a consumer-focused environment.
- Has a solid financial acumen. Knows how to pull levers of the P&L to drive profits.
- Demonstrated experience and expertise in business analysis leading to decision making and strategic development.
- Excellent organizational and presentation skills. This role will work with local and global senior management.
- Proficiency in Nielsen and suite of Microsoft Office applications.
