  • Give follow up to the LATAM team and to the Hiring Managers/HRBP on time.
  • Takes responsability for the overall direction and leadership of the team; runs independently hiring process, metrics, reports and proposes final candidates to the Head/Manager/HRBP.
  • Acts as point of contact for escalations and also escalates topics among teams, region and global CoEs and other stakeholders.
  • Works directly with the Regional CoE Recruitment and Employer Branding LATAM Manager to achieve the areas goals and commitments by a direct strategy and communication.
  • Drives process and recruit specific positions; creates reports by concentrating several data in our systems.
  • To clarify non-standard inquiries from Hiring Managers, HRBPs, etc.
  • Focal point of contact with specific HR Global Figures, giving follow up/active updates


  • Minimun 7 year of experience as a Recruitment Leader with Employer Branding knowhow.
  • 95% English.
  • Experience leading Head Hunters and other vendors and the payment process, as the responsability with his/her leader for the budet and expenses.
  • Be available for the Global HR calls and meetings, considering the difference on time zone.
  • Organize work schedule planning and ensure service continuity according to service. commitment and SLAs.
  • Experience on Team development.
  • Organizing the team, planning resources. 
  • Recruiting, coaching, training and developing the team. 
  • Monitoring the activities and measuring performance. 
  • Implement different strategies in the areas.
  • To continuously identify potential and self-initiatively improve the existing processes by contributing ideas to integration teams.
  • Experience using ERPs like Oracle, SAP, Taleo...others 90% usage and experience with Excel.
