  • Manage Title V Air Quality Permit including tracking, reporting, calculations, process improvement and controls. Perform industrial hygiene air quality monitoring as well as plant noise level and management of hearing conservation programs. 
  • Complete HS&E reporting for Federal, State, and Local governments. Work with regulatory agencies to investigate and responsible for corrective actions for HS&E related audits and incidents. Assists with maintenance of the ISO 14001 system. 
  • Develop site safety and environmental policies consistent with OSHA and ISO 14001 guidelines, set goals and improvements; perform training on. 
  • Lead and perform site safety and health audits; Job Hazard and Safety Analysis; new chemical review process and SDS program and ergonomic assessments 
  • Develop and monitor emergency action plans. Emergency response team leader/trainer. Familiarize / train local response units on the facility, our process, and emergency plans for their response.  Manages hazardous waste and wastewater programs; pollution prevention program.


  • 4-Year College or University Degree (BSME, BSIE, other) 
  • 5 years related experience in a manufacturing setting 
  • 2 or more years of Project Management Experience 
  • Experience with air permitting and OSHA reports and ability to track and submit all emissions and hazardous material reports to the state. 
  • Experience with ISO 14001
