Sales Manager France & UK - Hygiene Industry H/F

Votre rôle

  • Responsible for driving all demands and be the first point of contact of all functions within the customer
  • Responsible for profitable sales development of his/her local sales area for the hygiene market: tissue + nonwovens in France and UK
  • Analyse customer adhesive potential and competition activities
  • Lead & initiate contacts at plants, R&D, quality, purchasing, logistics, marketing where applicable, management level
  • Maintain influential network at the customer and within Henkel on all key levels & dimensions
  • Coordinate and steer information & reporting flow between the sales area and the steering unit
  • Identify and implement project focus, as well as pricing policy
  • Identify key/unmet customer needs and translate into innovation opportunities to feed the ADP pipeline
  • Develop specifics projects to fulfil Locals & key accounts needs via Capris CRM management tool. Act as the driver in running these projects at plant level
  • Negotiate and implement prices / payment terms / price adjustments / lock in business measures
  • Ensure prospecting via innovation to gain market share
  • Leverage engineering tools wherever possible and relevant to lock-in business
  • Build nonwovens network with OEM and allied suppliers based in this region to increase knowledge of the market and create leads 

Vos compétences

  • Master’s degree with a technical or scientific background and/or master’s degree in business administration
  • Business and customer oriented, independent, with minimum 5-8 years’ experience in field sales or project management position; can also work from home office
  • An experience in the hygiene industry is a plus
  • Regular national/international travel required
  • Requires a valid driver’s license
  • Up-to-date computer skills including business typing skills, strong literacy in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Power Point, CRM - contact management software, Lotus Notes…
  • Outstanding communication capabilities, fluent in English and French
  • Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
