你的角色

  • Be responsible for sales of new brands and new channel development in China.
  • Design sales program and establish short and long-term sales strategies and sales activities to reach the sales target.
  • Develop business partnership with potential, emerging distribution channels or other potential customers, inherent to overall business strategies to capture business growth opportunities.
  • Define brand/product portfolio fit to business model of (potential) customers and lead customers business cooperation by support sales of customers, inventory management and their sales network management and creating actively customer demands
  • Working customer-oriented and cross-functionally with company internal functions to facilitate the sales and customer support

你的技能

  • 10+ years’ FMCG experience in Sales or Marketing.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to utilize creativity to explore potential customers and maximize the sales profitability.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
