Senior Manager Net Revenue Management (d/f/m)

  • Oversee the rollout of NRM to new markets
  • Develop, evolve, maintain and disseminate Henkel’s toolkit of core NRM analytical tools and ensure access to robust data and insights
  • Define analytical techniques appropriate for the business in markets
  • Create, evolve and disseminate standardized playbooks to NRM leaders in each covered market (e.g., purchase-structure enabled pricing, heuristics pricing, promo ROI modeling, retailer sell-in)
  • Conduct ongoing audit of local practices and approaches to identify opportunity to scale up pockets of best practice (both per lever and category)
  • Steer the implementation and pipeline filling of new initiatives for the countries he will directly steer and be responsible for Performance tracking
  • Carry out “actual vs. plan” analysis
  • Be responsible for best practice sharing on certain product categories with direct link to global marketing and in particular participate in innovation development and pricing opportunities
  • Work with 3rd-party agencies to access data, procure off-the-shelf research, and design new research (e.g., purchase structure)
  • Provide thought partnership to local NRM teams in going from analytics to insights to strategy
  • Work with market research technical expert on embedding any new tools into existing systems where appropriate (ie automation, link to other sales systems)
  • Coach and train teams, newcomers and any internal stakeholders
  • Responsible under the responsibility of the Head of NRM / Trade Marketing for transversal NRM projects such as:
    • Coordination with other BUs on NRM topics
    • Coordination on net price steering / price corridor with other functions
    • Centralizing NRM budget/fee vs controlling and countries
    • Scrutinizing NRM evolution in the industry to stay ahead in terms of new tools
    • Representing NRM achievements to internal stakeholders
    • Being lead in adjusting the NRM playbook based on new learnings / best practices (ie NRM in a traditional trade environment; NRM in a e-commerce environment)
    • Spearheading new NRM topics in general 


  • Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • >7-9 years of business experience, including time in commercial / marketing and NRM-related roles/ demonstrated proficiency in NRM
  • Ideally experience outside of Germany / in an affiliated environment
  • Experience in working within an international environment with indirect management
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Highly structured and with ability to manage several projects in parallel and work under tight deadlines 
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills incl. to top management
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to interact and persuade individuals at levels senior to him or her
  • Ability to pivot from deep analytics to strategic dialogue with Henkel leadership
  • Initiative, persistence, energy, passion
  • Fluent English, written and verbal
