YOUR ROLE

           
  • Support the international Global Mobility team on specific projects such as global business traveler process
  • Assist to development of employee experience strategy and optimize the assignment reporting process
  • Bring in your ideas and develop new strategies and processes, being involved from the planning phase until the roll out of new processes
  • Work in a global environment with shareholders all over the world
  • Participate in other HR projects such as the roll out of our HR KPI Dashboard


YOUR SKILLS

       
  • Student who has successfully passed first semesters of studies focused on business administration, preferably human resources or international management
  • First practical or international experience, e.g. internships, student initiatives or semester abroad is a plus
  • Keen interest in organisational and strategic projects with a focus on global mobility
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Advanced knowledge of MS-Office applications
  • Proactive, self-organized and dynamic team player with strong communication skills
