YOUR ROLE


  • Establish, build and maintain relationships with key customers across a diverse range of accounts

  • Plan and review trade investments to maximize profitable growth.

  • Full P&L responsibility for existing accounts and charged with opening new opportunities

  • Work closely with Trade Marketing to provide market-leading solutions to our customers

  • Set your own agenda, however supported by a large organisation

  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics

  • Active participation in sales team meetings and projects

  • To constantly seek new opportunities to enhance and enrich the company’s performance demonstrating a proactive approach to business development

  • Exceed expectations whilst ensuring we outperform the market and customer growth

  • Liaise with distributors regarding sales performance, upcoming activities and sales forecasts on a regular basis

  • Monitor instore activity at all key accounts and report back on Henkel execution and competitor activity

YOUR SKILLS


  • Demonstrable success as a Key Account Manager ideally within FMCG

  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills

  • Strong analytical skills, financial acumen and ability to interpret detailed data

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
