Your Role

  • Support over $750 Million Gross Sales for NA L & HC through exceptional production.
  • Manage Finished Goods and Materials planning for 20 contract manufacturing locations. Own and drive Contract Manufacturing Supply Review process for S&OP.
  • Consistently meets Customer Service Level 98%.
  • Manage over $40MM inventory while meeting set obsolescence and transfer cost targets.
  • Manage over 400 Finished Good item and 1000 materials codes including bulk liquid management. Support over 200 FG inventory transitions a year while meeting on time STT and obsolesce.
  • Drive year-end targets to support 60 Days inventory and less 10% NES goals. Drive capacity analysis and ownership to support S & O P and new items launches.
  • Own and manage $100MM Annual Materials Spend for raw and Packaging.
  • Deliver strategic initiatives set by global supply chain delivering NA L & HC regional planning continuous improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree required
  • Fundamental skills in MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point, Visio, and Power BI reporting preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of SAP, APO or other ERP systems required.
  • 10 - 15 Years’ experience in production planning and scheduling. Minimum of 7 years in people management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to identify issues, conduct root cause analysis, and take action to fix issues
