Marketing Manager

 Direct and coach the Marketing Team on development and execution of brand plans.  Work with Sales Managers to ensure that Brand Plans are in line with Distributor Business Plans to ensure achievement of annual country sales targets.  Develop and maintain an annual Marketing Calendar for all Schwarzkopf Professional brands.  Lead development and execution of brand marketing plans that includes promotions and programs, by working closely and in coordination with International Marketing, National Sales, Education, and Operations to ensure that overall brand goals, timelines and objectives are met.  Develop customized promotional programs reflective of our salon industry needs and ensure sell thru for our Distributor Partners.  Responsible to influence and collect field data from industry reports, distributors, sales consultant, technical advisors and hairstylists to make product and program recommendations – continuously learning to optimize performance in market. 


 Bachelor of Arts, preferably in Business.  At least 10 years Brand Marketing experience in consumer package goods.  Excellent communication and persuasion skills combined with strong leadership skills.  Strong project and financial management skills.  Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment  Ability to analyze challenges, adopt effective course of action and execute. Strong prioritization skills, including ability to balance multiple tasks and re-prioritize as needed.  Must have systems proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office tools.
