  • Lead project workstreams on a series of high-impact strategic objective for China and Asia Pacific region
  • Gain exposure to Senior Management, particularly the AP Executive Committee, and SBUs and Functions
  • Learn about the overall Adhesive business and chart future career pathway Job Description
  • Lead a workstream (potentially project team) on a series of high profile projects within the Asia region. Projects will relate to strategic projects such as drive growth, go-to-market, commercial excellence and M&A / divestments at APAC level) (80~90%)
  • Large projects management (10~20%)


  • Bachelor Degree above in Management / Engineering / Science; MBA Preferred
  • 3-6 yrs working experience in management consulting, or corporate strategy/strategic marketing, Chemical or related industries
  • Wants to make significant impact on the future of Henkel Adhesive Technologies business
  • Project management, stakeholder engagement experiences
  • 3 ~6 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, M&A/planning & analysis preferred
  • Solid logical thinking and problem solving
  • Strong data/information searching and analyzing to drive strategic insights
  • Excellent presentation skills (both chart design and present)
  • Fluent English both verbal and writing plus communication • Strategic communications • Strong at MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word)
