The key purpose of the role is to manage the Adhesives Technologies’ Supply Chain activities throughout IMEA & ensure product availability on time & in full, while always ensuring compliance to Henkel rules. The activities under direct responsibility include, but are not limited to: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Logistics execution & Customer Service functions for the Adhesives business in IMEA & the teams associated with them. Close collaboration both within the team & with key stakeholders such as SBU Managers, Function Managers (Finance, Controlling, HR) is of utmost importance.
Focus must be on continuous improvement in supply chain performance, while adopting regional & global standards set forward by the Head of Supply Chain in IMEA. The role holder must facilitate the monthly S&OP process to ensure sufficient forward planning, while simultaneously ensuring all day to day operational topics are resolved.

YOUR ROLE

  • Manage projects roll out – Global, Regional & locally identified ones.
  • S&OP process audit & improvements & implement Regional S&OP for all SBUs.
  • Follow up & monitor the slow mover action plan on a weekly / monthly basis to help reduce impact of slow movers.
  • Support & lead APO roll out along with SC BPO & country SC’s.
  • Support in SSC transformation projects.
  • Regular SC audits of all operational Supply Chains, to ensure full compliance to Corporate Standards & Supply Chain Processes.
  • Monitor sourcing change activities, safeguarding against any negative customer impacts & ensuring smooth phase-in, phase-out in collaboration with SBU, Purchasing, PD-TCS, Operations & Supply Chain.
  • Monthly analysis of consignment stocks & follow up on the actions.
  • Support lean initiatives & drive the Supply Chain-Lean roadmap on a monthly basis.
  • Audits of Demand Review / Supply Reviews across IMEA.
  • Drive improvement actions coming out of audits & drive monthly actions to closure.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Engineering or Business related degree
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a central role of the Supply Chain
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in the SAP ERP system (or similar)
  • International experience is required
  • Project management experience is required
  • anagerial experience is a plus
