Job Duties

  • Our Applications Engineer is the technical liaison between our customers/sales and our internal team including product development, manufacturing, supply chain, and marketing.
  • Initiates and executes customer lab work requests as well as application or equipment-based projects.
  • Critical in understanding customer needs and validating product/equipment/solution performance by replicating customers’ applications and end-use.
  • Introduces new products, technology and tools to the field/market.
  • Executes customer visits for complaint investigations, troubleshooting, audits/data collection, product/technology demos, equipment installs, and training seminars
  • Bachelor of Science in ChE, ME, MatSE, IE or similar relevant degree/experience required.
  • 1-5 years of relevant technical industry experience.
  • Six Sigma and Project Management training and/or certification a plus
  • Ability to multi-task with strong analytical, problem solving, and mechanical skills.
  • Ability to travel 30% to 50%  time within US.
