YOUR ROLE

  • Involvement in our international team, that designs and manages leadership development and learning opportunities for Henkel worldwide
  • Support on design of development programs with focus on digitalization and agility
  • Research on leading practices 
  • Analysis of existing leadership development programs and learning landscapes
  • Creation of communication material for global HR community, employees and managers
  • Active collaboration with the Henkel Talent, Leadership and Learning community
  • Steering of own projects as well as supporting our team in the day-to-day business

YOUR SKILLS

  • Student who has successfully completed first semesters of studies preferably focused on business administration, psychology or human resources 
  • First practical or international experiences, e.g. internships, student initiatives or semester abroad 
  • Advanced knowledge of MS-Office applications
  • Fluent English language skills 
  • Keen interest in talent management, people development, leadership and digital learning 
  • A team player with strong communication skills, who is dynamic, passionate and full of energy
