YOUR ROLE

  • To be fully accountable for sales execution/excellence for of the direct channel
  • Established qualitative and quantitative objectives for the assigned account

  • Build a good network, by developing personal relationship with Key Customers & Business Partner

  • Ensure implementation of Sales initiative/launches with speed and effectiveness

  • Achievement of sales KPIs set by the company

  • NCA (New Customer Acquisition) activation in their assigned territory

  • Increase SOW (Share of Wallet) in their assigned territory 

  • Execution Excellence

YOUR SKILLS

  • Minimum 5-year related experience with minimum 3-year sales experiences sales operation management
  • Experience in the FMCG/Salon industry is an added advantage
